Major Development Proposals For Dry Drayton
Land owners and developers have proposed 11 sites in Dry Drayton for development. In total these include over 11,000 homes and nearly 400,000 sq m of commercial floorspace. These proposals, most of which will no doubt be rejected, are responses to the call for sites as local authorities prepare a new Greater Cambridge Local Plan.
